I knew onboarding was going to be time-consuming, and as I’m the one the project was going to fall on, I was not looking forward to it. I did give us a month to roll everything over while still having the prior IT company, but I probably only needed the old IT for about a week because at that point I was having TotalCare handle all the situations.
