Our Managed IT Services Keep Industrial Businesses Working

Hi friends, this is Aaron Zimmerman with TotalCare IT. I am the President and founder of the company and wanted to come to you today with some information on what is a Discovery Call with me at TotalCare IT. 

A Discovery Call is an initial phone call between yourself and myself where we'll spend 20 minutes talking about your IT, cybersecurity, and compliance needs. It’s a quick introduction, we go over what your primary pain points are within your company - within the support of your infrastructure, you know, what problems you might be having within IT - or maybe there's no problems but you want to make what you have better and you're not quite sure how to do that. 

We spend time on the call discussing your IT support needs where we have services that support your users inside your company. We also talk about the cybersecurity needs so that we're addressing today's threats that are invading your business every single day. And then we talk about if your industry falls under any particular compliance regulations that we need to make sure are addressed from a policy, procedure, and toolset standpoint.  

We then go into budgeting and we discuss real briefly you know what type of budget you might have for IT and we talk about how IT these days really is not so much thought of as a expense but more of an investment into your company and into your environment. The data that you hold inside your company and the data within your customers is very important to make sure that it is protected.

We then launch into what is a right fit client for Total Care IT, because we might not be the right fit for everybody. TotalCare IT focuses on small to medium industrial businesses throughout Idaho that have 15 to 150 employees. We work very well with companies that understand that their industry falls under compliance and they need to be in adherence to those compliance regulations so they don't face penalties and fines from the government. 

We then talk about a mature mindset with our clients and help them through that process. We talk about what an alignment process is where we're aligning your environments to known good best standards within the industry - so those standards will either fit clients' regulations or specific security frameworks. 

We then talk about data protection, the different types of data, where the data is located, and how we can assist in protecting secure access to that data. 

We came up with the tagline earlier this year “We Keep People Working” because at the end of the day, nobody calls IT support just because they want to say hi; they usually call because there's a problem. What we're doing is working to prevent those problems.
