When we did have a server hardware failure years ago, TotalCare’s backup & disaster recovery solution had us up and running in a short time with no data loss in real time. Now that says it all!
The biggest benefit I receive from TotalCare IT is open and honest communication – having the trust with TotalCare’s leadership team and the techs there. When I have an issue, I know they are going to tell me the truth about what our firm needs or does not need. They are never going to sell us something or push software that we do not need just to drum up more business for them.
The prompt support is by far what we have found to be leaps and bounds better than the companies we have dealt with in the past. I would also say TotalCare’s commitment to serving – all the techs go the extra mile to explain issues that come up, or to send someone over to help when we have had the unfortunate “downtime” due to technical difficulties.
