TotalCare IT does everything better than any IT company we have worked with in the past. You can’t beat the wonderful customer support from TotalCare. It’s so easy to create a ticket if you are having an issue and their response time is wonderful. They are punctual if you need them to come to your office and if it’s something that can be handled remotely their online response time is very fast. They are always patient in figuring out the problem and don’t stop until they have solved it.
I especially appreciate that TotalCare provisions and services computers for our remote workers as well (both PCs and Macs). It’s so nice to have this done for us so we are not managing deployment of hardware ourselves – it’s one less thing for me to worry about!

I didn’t realize how many problems/issues I had with the old company until we switched.
I knew onboarding was going to be time-consuming, and as I’m the one the project was going to fall on, I was not looking forward to it. I did give us a month to roll everything over while still having the prior IT company, but I probably only needed the old IT for about a week because at that point I was having TotalCare handle all the situations. There was only one time in all my calls that I had to leave a voice message because all the techs were busy.
