About TotalCare IT

Our president and founder, Aaron Zimmerman, established TotalCare IT in 2007 after dedicating over 20 years to corporate IT. Aaron was driven by a vision to support and protect Idaho business owners in a way that wasn’t being offered at the time. The idea of bringing fully managed IT to small businesses was relatively new and tremendously increased the productivity and profitability of our clients.

Over 19 years later, we still support and protect Idaho businesses, now specializing in the manufacturing and construction industries. We deliver a comprehensive service that includes an IT service desk, advanced cybersecurity, strategic technology planning, and virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) services to ensure your IT infrastructure aligns with your operations.

We also work with mid-market organizations that have an in-house IT team. This service is called Co-Managed IT because we supplement the teams of these clients with whatever service gaps they are experiencing. Whether that's us tackling IT projects and cybersecurity, or taking over helpdesk responsibilities, we can fit our service in wherever it makes sense for these larger companies.

We have offices in Idaho Falls and Boise. We are all animal lovers and for your viewing pleasure, you can see our pets below.

Aaron Zimmerman

President & CEO

Aaron founded TotalCare IT in 2007 to help businesses grow through the strategic alignment of technology, people, and process.

Married with three adult children, Aaron splits his time between Boise, East Idaho, and industry conferences nationwide. When he slows down, you'll find him at the gym, listening to audiobooks, or diving into science fiction.

Nick Burrows

Operations Manager

Nick oversees the daily operations at TotalCare IT across our different service areas.

He lives with his wife, toddlers, and dog, and spends downtime with a book, a Rubik's cube, or debating Marvel timelines. He's also always working toward another certification—collecting them might be his real hobby.

Chelsea Kitchev

Marketing Manager

Chelsea handles all things digital marketing. She's an Army veteran and proudly works alongside her dad, Aaron.

Outside work, she's usually playing video games with her husband, planning their next trip, or down a "research" rabbit hole on conspiracy theories. She absolutely spoils her two special-needs tabby cats.

Ashley Wheeler

Executive Assistant

Ashley is like the office mom, jumping in wherever she's needed. She lives in Southeast Idaho with her husband, three kids, and two large dogs who seem to think they’re also children.

Her family runs Back Cast Fly Co. in Rexburg, and between fishing trips and sports schedules, she still finds time for true crime shows and homemade bread. Like Chelsea, she's proud to work alongside her dad, Aaron.

Zac Guo

Systems Engineer

Zac has over 15 years in IT management, a Master's in Cybersecurity, an MBA in IT Management, and certifications including Certified Ethical Hacker Master and Cisco Certified Network Professional.

A committed keto eater since a 2023 health journey, Zac loves experimenting in the kitchen—as long as it's protein-forward. His go-to: scrambled eggs with lamb slices.

Ferdie Miraflor

Service Desk Coordinator

Ferdie brings global IT experience—including time with a futuristic tech company in Dubai—along with genuine curiosity about technology and networking to everything he does.

He and his wife love to travel and hunt down cozy coffee spots. Most recently they went to Hong Kong. When he's not exploring, he's usually studying networking for fun.

Nico Queliza

Service Desk Engineer

Nico turns "this makes no sense" moments into "oh, that was easy," with a knack for clear explanations and patient troubleshooting.

Outside of work, Nico is a full-on audiophile—he doesn’t just listen to music, he experiences it. When he’s not dialing in sound quality, you’ll find him watching documentaries, staying consistent at the gym, or going down rabbit holes into medical science and psychology.

Rex Aragon

Service Desk Engineer

Rex is the calm, capable voice you'll likely reach when something breaks—great at troubleshooting without making you feel like you broke something.

Off the clock, he's all about basketball, whether playing for real or dominating in NBA 2K.

Chris Gibbons

Technical Alignment Engineer

Chris started with us as a College of Eastern Idaho cybersecurity intern and never left. He makes sure client environments are secure and aligned to compliance standards.

After work he's outdoors with friends, family, and his dogs, or at home playing Magic: The Gathering or tinkering with hardware.

Cody N.

Centralized Services Engineer

Cody is the guy working behind the scenes making everything actually work better. He’s responsible for maintaining and improving the core systems, tools, and automation that support all of our clients.

And when he’s not deep in systems and automation, he’s spending time with his girlfriend and dog, who are the most important parts of Cody’s day.

Santiago Martinez

Field Technician

Santiago is one of our East Idaho Field Technicians, bringing a hands-on approach to on-site troubleshooting and system setup.

Outside of work, Santiago likes to stay active and balanced. You'll find him weightlifting at the gym, spending time with his loved ones, or checking out new places to eat.
