TotalCare IT, an Idaho-based managed IT and cybersecurity provider, recently participated in the Idaho Manufacturing Tradeshow & Conference, engaging with manufacturers, industry partners, and peers as part of the company’s Cyber Safety Crew initiative.
While the conference brought together a wide range of service providers and industry supporters, TotalCare IT’s team focused on meaningful, relationship-driven conversations — including reconnecting with several Idaho manufacturers they had not spoken with in recent years.
“The most valuable part of this conference was reconnecting with manufacturers we already know and trust,” said Seth Wilson, Operations Manager at TotalCare IT. “Those conversations matter, especially in an industry built on long-term relationships.”
As the first annual conference organized under the Idaho Manufacturing Alliance’s new leadership team, the event marked a transition year for the organization. TotalCare IT joined other exhibitors in providing feedback aimed at helping strengthen future conferences and increase manufacturer participation moving forward.
“We appreciate the Alliance’s openness to feedback and their commitment to evolving the event,” said Aaron Zimmerman, President at TotalCare IT. “Strong manufacturing communities are built through collaboration, and this conference created space for that dialogue.”
Throughout the event, TotalCare IT discussed cybersecurity, operational technology (OT), and artificial intelligence with attendees, reinforcing the idea that cyber safety is an extension of workplace safety in modern manufacturing environments.
TotalCare IT also hosted a conference giveaway, a pair of Apple AirPods Max, which was won by an Idaho-based aerospace manufacturer, adding a personal highlight to the event and continuing engagement beyond the show floor.
In addition to exhibiting, TotalCare IT promoted its localized podcast, Shift Change: The Idaho Manufacturing Podcast, which explores AI, technology, and cybersecurity topics relevant to Idaho manufacturers. The company plans to continue these conversations through upcoming educational content and post-event outreach.
